1. Versatile Cargo Spaces and Storage

As a small SUV, you’ll be surprised at how spacious the EX30 actually is. Loading and unloading is a breeze in the EX30’s wide 318L boot. It has a flat floor with no lip, and you can lower it for extra convenience. It offers a versatile cargo space with a hidden compartment under the load floor and bonnet, and you can fold down some or all the backrests to increase cargo capacity.

Volvo cars are designed for life, and life comes with stuff. In the EX30, you’ll find hooks, holders, nets, boxes, and pockets throughout the cabin and boot. The EX30 comes with a central multi-storage, which gives more room on the floor and even more spaces slotted underneath it for smaller items, letting you pop down your belongings or your takeaways without worrying about spills.

2. Squared Sport Steering Wheel

The EX30 features an out-of-the-norm squared steering wheel that offers a sporty grip and is equipped with stylish switches for driver controls. On colder days. You can heat the steering wheel via the centre display or let the car set it automatically as part of the preconditioning program scheduled in the Volvo EX30 app.

3. Equipped with the Latest Safety & Technology Features

The EX30 is designed to be as safe as you’d expect from a Volvo and aims to look after you, your passengers, and others in every situation, even in hectic environments. The EX30’s protective safety technology contains state-of-the-art restraint technology designed to prepare cars for various real-world scenarios. The EX30 is also prepared to receive software updates over the air that will make it better over time.

When it comes to cutting-edge technology, the EX30 does not disappoint. To reflect the hallmarks of true Volvo design, the EX30 comes with a contextual single-screen UX with Google built-in and the latest infotainment system. It’s the first Volvo car to include a new generation Park Pilot Assist Feature, which can identify any available parking spots around you and handle all types of parking spaces, including parallel, curved, perpendicular, and more, making parking in tight spaces a breeze. While you supervise the parking process, the screen shows the distance to objects such as cars, walls, and bollards in metric or imperial figures.

4. Small, but Fast

The EX30 is small in size but big in performance. The Volvo EX30 comes in three variants. The Twin Motor Performance variant of the EX30 provides 315 kW and takes you from 0-100 km/h in 3.6 seconds, making it Volvo’s fastest-accelerating car to date.

Another thing the EX30 does fast is charging. You can recharge your battery from 10 to 80 percent in just a little over 25 minutes with a 175 kW DC fast charging (CCS2). Through the central display and app, you can set the amperage, maximum charging level, and the specific start time for charging.

5. Expressive Interior with Multiple Ambient Lighting Themes

As the smallest carbon footprint to date, the EX30 uses renewable and recycled materials in new ways. Around 30 percent of décor parts use recycled plastic, plus recycled and renewable surfaces. The new Volvo XC30 has four expressive interiors inspired by Scandinavian nature: breeze, mist, pine, and indigo.

The Volvo EX30 also comes with a choice of five different ambient lighting themes. Each is inspired by a different Scandinavian landscape and subtly shifts in colour, adding a sense of calm to the interior.
