Your Volvo Service Retailer of the Year 2021
Volvo New Zealand General Manager, Ben Montgomery, today paid Archibalds Volvo a visit to personally announce and deliver the prestigious award for Volvo Service Retailer of the Year 2021.
Accepted by our Volvo Service Manager, David Emms, the award recognises the acheivements of our service department – from the frontline service advisors and administrative staff, to our technicians and groomers – over the past year, and it’s fair to say it’s had its fair share of ups and downs!
Multi-Award Winners
David Emms himself isn’t shy of a few awards, having previously been named Volvo Service Mananger of the Year two years running, as well as accepted the Volvo New Zealand Customer Champion Award for 2020.
David is pictured here accepting the award. When posted on Facebook one customer summed up his experience with David (thank you, Steve):
