Supporting the Next Generation of Motorsport Talent
At Archibalds, performance isn’t just about what’s on the road today. It’s about what’s coming next.
That’s why we were proud to play a small part in supporting Endeavor, a team of four New Zealand students competing in the STEM Racing in Schools Challenge. Formerly known as F1 in Schools and backed by Formula 1, the programme brings together the next generation of engineers, designers, and innovators, all with a shared passion for motorsport.
From Classroom to Competition
Representing New Zealand on the international stage, the Endeavor team travelled to compete against some of the best young minds in the world. Their goal was clear: design, build, and race a miniature F1-style car, while developing real-world skills in engineering, aerodynamics, branding, and teamwork.
It’s a serious competition, and the results speak for themselves.
The team achieved:
- Second fastest track time with an impressive 1.096 seconds
- Second place among New Zealand teams
- 15th overall out of 45 international teams
A strong performance at a highly competitive level.
Backing Passion and Potential
While large-scale sponsorship wasn’t possible this year, our team still wanted to get behind Endeavor in a practical way. Through Archibalds Audi, we were able to support their fundraising efforts with the new Audi F1® official merchandise, helping contribute to their journey to the competition.
Looking Ahead
Programmes like STEM Racing in Schools play an important role in shaping future careers across engineering, automotive, and technology industries. For teams like Endeavor, this is just the beginning.
And for us, it’s a reminder that the future of performance is in good hands.
Congratulations to Odette and the entire Endeavor team on an outstanding result. Representing New Zealand on the international stage and achieving such a strong finish is no small feat. We look forward to seeing what comes next.
