Volvo EX30 Launch Evening

On the evening of the 21^st of February guest and our Volvo team gathered in the showroom for the eagerly awaited launch of the all-new, fully electric EX30.

Let’s Set the Scene

Excitement was high among guests as they entered the showroom, welcomed by Sales Manager Corey Gray and Volvo Sales Executive Emma Schuyl. Guests had the chance to chat and enjoy drinks and canapés courtesy of Crisp and Vale while eagerly anticipating the main event for the evening: the unveiling of the Volvo EX30.

Before the evening commenced, Archibalds’ General Manager, Mark Milligan, had the pleasure of welcoming everyone and then gave the floor to our Volvo Sales Manager and Sales Executive, Corey and Emma, for the big reveal and to speak about the EX30.

Unveiling the Volvo EX30

Our guests were thrilled to be one of the first in New Zealand to lay eyes on this highly anticipated model. Judging by the silhouette of the EX30 beneath the cover, it was unmistakable that this was far from your average electric vehicle.

The EX30 is a small electric SUV that does big Volvo things and is designed to be as safe as you’d expect from Volvo, equipped with the latest safety features to help keep you and other road users safer in any situation.

As the cover was pulled away, there sat the beautifully crafted EX30 small SUV showcased in Cloud Blue, and a collective (and well-deserved) excited gasp and clapping were heard throughout the showroom. Corey and Emma then had the pleasure of introducing the vehicle to guests and taking them through all of the top-of-the-line features.

Exploring the Volvo EX30

After a brief introduction, guests were among the first in New Zealand to experience the vehicle up close and in person. As a small SUV, guests were surprised at how spacious the EX30 actually is and how it offers various versatile cargo spaces and storage. Another highlight was the EX30’s out-of-the-norm squared steering wheel, which offers a sporty grip and is equipped with stylish switches for driver controls.
