Recently, the Volvo Dealer of the Year Awards were held in Auckland, and we’re proud to share that Volvo Cars Christchurch was named second in the categories of Service, Sales, and overall Dealer of the Year for 2025.

Coming second is a huge recognition of the dedication, hard work, and passion our team brings to every one of our customers’ experiences. We’re incredibly proud to be recognised on a national level and grateful to our customers for their continued trust and support.

The evening not only honoured the nation’s best Volvo dealers but also the international achievement that Volvo Cars was recently awarded: The World Luxury Car of the Year – for their one and only EX90.

Volvo’s design philosophy for the EX90 remains true to its roots, adhering to the core principles of Scandinavian Design. The philosophy of ‘form follows function’ ensures that every aspect of the EX90 serves a clear purpose.

Drawing inspiration from various sources, including yacht design, the EX90 showcases sleek, well-proportioned lines. The confident front end exudes presence on the road, while its smoothly rounded shape optimises airflow. Flush elements, such as side glazing, enhance the car’s aerodynamics, contributing to improved efficiency.
